How fun is technology?! This wedding happened less than 24 hours ago and it's already up on the blog! I would imagine that many people in these photos are still in bed as I write this now! Jasmin and Kevin had an awesome day yesterday, everything was perfect and... the weather was great, because we know that I love to talk about the weather! Jasmin was a total beauty and her personality inside is as lovely as she looks on the outside. They met prior to the ceremony for photos, yay! So we got to go around the grounds and takes some fun pix with the wedding party. Here is Jasmin getting ready with her mom looking on...
The guys made use of their time while waiting for the girls to arrive...
How cute is she?!
This spot was a bit of a hike to get to, but we made it, Kevin even carried Jasmin part of the way across some wet grass!
This is at the entrance to Blithwold, luckily the sun was just in the right place for a great shot!
Before the ceremony in the living room...
Blithewold is so dramatic!
Actually, Kevin's ring was too small! SO he wore it as a pinkie ring at first, but then I noticed later in the evening that he had managed to get the ring onto his ring finger! Buy how will he get it off? I have heard that Dawn soap works.
Jasmin being glam in the foyer.
They had a clam boil, each place setting had a tiny Tabasco sauce which had their names printed on it, so cute!
A yummy summertime meal provided by Glorious Affairs.
I'm not so muck on the lobster myself, but the guests were psyched!
Too bad that this blog is not scratch and sniff, because these cakes were so aromatic!!!
This is Kevin's grandmother, Yaya. I'm sure she would not mind me telling you that she is 94! There is a certain point you pass when it's cool to be older and wiser, and still have lots of pep like she does!
Although the sunset was not very colorful, it was dramatic.
They had such a great time dancing, ooh ooh.
OK, this is an embarrassing photo because I look a little crazy. But Jasmin and I had had a conversation while she was getting her hair done about the song "It Takes Two" and so when it came on we had to have a little dance together to celebrate her new love of this song. It's one of my all time favorites!!!
By the way, that's still Kevin, all the guys changed into comfy matching shirts for the reception. It was really hot so I think that was a smart move.
The get-a-way car...
