The last month, we've been obsessed with finding summer work shoes. We browsed online sales, stare at the fashion girls' feet in the Cafe, and last Thursday – finding ourself without plans for once – We've stopped by the Bloomingdale's Memorial Day sale.
Now, we've been eyeing these Tory Burch sandals for a few weeks:
One of our girls spotted them at Bloomingdale's pretty quickly. She snatched them away from a lady dressed in black and white, a full-size dalmatian trotting along behind her. (True story.) But unfortunately, the shoes weren't on sale. She tried on at least 10 pairs of similar, not-as-great platforms and stilettos that were marked down. She hated them all, but she couldn't justify spending $300 on a pair of summer sandals...or could she? No, she didn't buy the shoes. However, next weekend is the infamous Tory Burch sample sale, and you can bet that She was waiting in that line before the sun came up on Sunday morning.
